As of July 2016 came into force a number of related legislative updates wage workers.
Adjusting the minimum wage
As from July 1 2016 the minimum wage has been updated following rates:
Monthly salary - ₪ 4825
Hourly wages - ₪ 25.94
Daily wage (employee 6 days a week) - ₪ 193
Daily wage (5 days a week) - ₪ 222.76
Youth minimum wage has changed as well, according to the following breakdown:

Annual Leave Act
As of July 2016 an additional day off for workers with seniority of up to four years of work, as follows:
Entitlement to annual leave days per employee six days a week - 13 days
Entitlement to annual leave days per worker 5 days a week - 11 days
Increasing the provisions for pension insurance and managers insurance
Beginning July 1, 2016, each employee will be insured in respect of determining salary, at rates no less in classes following:
Employee part compensation components:
As from 1.7.16 - not less than 5.75%
As from 1.1.17 - not less than 6%
Employer part compensation components:
As from 1.7.16 - not less than 6.25%
As from 1.1.17 - not less than 6.5%
When it comes to non-pension fund (for example, certain executives), will include the employer's share also purchasing coverage in the event of disability as specified in the extension order.
One must consider the internal distribution of the provision in cases where the rate of the overall provision of benefits and loss of work fitness of less than 6.25%.
